    Claim
    1. Adaptation to a corn harvesting machine for harvesting sunflower, containing two plates with parallel to one another edges for separating the grain part from the stalks, forming a channel for passage of stems with a straight lead-in part, and chain circuits with working elements for gripping and moving located above the plates stalks to the machine, characterized in that, in order to expand the functionality, in one of the plates intended for installation in the separation of baskets sunflower and from the stems, a longitudinal groove is made that is rectilinear in the middle part, the axis of which is offset from the rectilinear inlet part of the channel for passage of the stems and forms an angle with it so that the stems are completely captured by working elements located on one side of the channel, and a knife is installed at the end of the groove cutting chrome * ·
